Well...got back from AZ last night & got the good word this morning...

We will be closing on the house I found on October 15th! Found a great house due to a divorce the sellers are going through.

You take Bell Rd all the way to Rt 303 & the first right after the 303. House is back in there. The whole area is still being built up so the realestae value is just gonna go up.

Well...got the GREAT news today!!!

Chrysler financing for the AEV Rubicon was approved! Kevin at the dearlership said I hold the record now for the most they've allowed approved Anyway, got to put $17k down on it which is ok (would have liked all of it financed) & they got me 5.9% financing for 60 months! So getting the papers overnighted to me by Thursday & sent back to be official on Friday!
