BTW, I thought Cetrov was "vortec" backwards, not sure why, but that was as good a guess as I had.

TB, you are right!

the long story, when I first got aol i had the screen name vortec824. from the vortec chevy engine. I was going to use in a home built airplane. the 824 was my birthday. so vortec824. Well the airplane got scraped. money and time was an issue, I still have my ultralight.
Then alongs comes the future wife- she starts using my email to talk to all her family. then whenever I get on line I have all these emails and im's from people I don't know or want to talk to at that time.
So I needed to change my screen name as that was was destroyed for good use. So an easy one was just to reverse the letters.
I know Cetrov is something in another language but i don't know what it means. in a google search it comes up but it won't translate in any translator I have found.

Then I had my web page, Cetrov.com and worked with the letters to come up with what it stood for.
California's extreme trail rigs and off road vehicles was as good as I could come up with. So that's how it all really went.
