The shorts are still to long......plus, the trailer they keep playing out here where she (in her best half retarded redneck accent) says "I think something bounced up in my undercarriage" makes me not want to see the film. My memories of Daisy don't involve her being that....uh....redneckish?....something....it just isn't right.

So, what I am saying is that she needs shorter shorts and needs to lose the half retarded redneck routine....and she needs shorter shorts. Yea....

As a person who loves and embraces the original show, I have a few gripes. 1) who ever did the casting is a IDIOT! 2) Daisy was not a blonde, nor was she a moron. 3) why couldnt this movie come out when I was in High School!?!? Cause then my car would be trendy and all the trendy cool chick would want me, then maybe I would have gotten laid! Damn it!

Good things: They kept the flag on the roof, They still use 69 Chargers, the people that brought us Super Trooper are directing it - Most likely filed with cheese, but thats ok. Their previous stuff is pretty good. My only hope is that it DOESNT SUCK! Because I dont want to have to punch someone in the face.

As for her ass being too boney . . . I wouldnt throw her out of bed, unless she wanted to do it on the floor

What Chris left out from his gripes, something that infuriated him when he saw it... in Jessica Simpsons new video, "These boots were made for walkin'", she gets out of the car by OPENING THE CHARGERS DOOR! He screamed sporadically thoughout the day..."THE DOOR DOESNT OPEN!!!!" The fools that directed the video should have thought about how sexy it would have been for her legs to show in in the opening shot, sliding out the door Fools. (Maybe I should have been a video directer...think about how cool that would have been...the boots showing first, then her long long tan legs sliding out of the window.....hhrrmnnnn)

I'd kick her out of bed......there is more room on the floor.

I saw the video, it confirms that she can neither act or sing, wonder what sells the video? I guess the same thing that sells the Movie. I remember the Dukes as being a show with no cussing, cheesey humor and had a slight moral that good guys won. I wonder in the 21st century what the movie will be all about, from what I have seen advertised it looks like something much different.
I will probly see it on video, it does not have enuff draw to get me to a theater. Hollywood, from what I have read this year, is having a bad year. It seems that they are not releaseing what people want to go see. Personally I like movies that do not insult intelect and are not action just for action sake. I think if they got back to movies that had story lines, and were not blood baths, they could sell more tickets
By the way, she looks good in front of that Jeep

I was yelling the same thing at the TV when I saw that video. I yelled, "The damn doors didn't open on the Charger! Those idiots!!"
And I agree about "Daisy", she was never a moron or a redneck. Jessica Simpson plays her that way because SHE is that way!! Just my opinion.

The local radio station previewed the movie, and their review started out kinda like this:

Even if you got the tickets for free, the movie isn't free. It costs you 104 minutes of your life. That is 104 minutes that you would wish you were somewhere else, anywhere else......."
