  • EARTHQUAKE!!! 5.6 Did you feel it

This morning at 8:41 am I felt it here at the coast, thought I was drunk or something. I know I had a late night but when I saw the pole for the blinds swinging I knew I wasn't imagining it.

    Hope everyones OK

It's only a matter of time before Kalifornia falls off into the ocean. I recommend leaving while you can.

Its all good... atleast if it's only a 'small' one, or that far away. We felt it here on the coast. Kind of a strange sensation that is...

PS: glad to hear everyone is alright.

In the 11 years I lived in LA/San Diego counties ('92 - '03)....I only felt 1 earthquake (the Hector Mine Quake). That one just annoyed me because it woke me up at oh-god thirty on a work day. The rest of them happened when I was out to sea.

ha! i didnt feel crap! my kids did though... i told them they are crazy. there was no earthquake.
                              lol
after being at the epi-center the day after the northridge quake, and riding the roof of a house that had been thrown from its foundation the day before, i guess it takes a pretty nice tremor to shake me up.

i think that one was a 5.7 or something.

hmmm? where was the epi-center for this one?
