Well, I have been waiting to see how the poll turns out, and it looks like the Otto cap wins. I'm not shocked! As for colors, we will probably have to order in batches of 24, and I will get a list of colors available. I will also get a definite quote on the personalization.

I have seen hat vendors that do personalization, it is not that cheap but it is worth it. I would be down for 3 hats, wifes, barkers, and mine

I prefer quality over price.
A good hat is hard to find. Ask Teresa how many hats are just laying around the house here that I do not wear because they just suck.

A khaki colored one would be cool.

I've got a giant melon. It's got serious hat envy. When I wear normal adult size hats, I look like I'm wearing a kids hat. Not digging those bucket styles, but bucket (hats) are the only ones that even come close to working for me. Really big bucket hats.
