  • Very confused (real estate Cali)

Ok, so I'm bored and was looking at houses in Cali. I find this one that says it is 1550 sq-ft, 2 car garage, 3 bedroom, 2 baths. Looks nice enough, but the price says it's $1,250 with an estimated payment of 6$ per month.

If that was true, and the house was/is livable, I'm totally there. Too good to be true?

    It's on Realtor.com and the MLS ID# is 268279

Yep, I think I'm gonna have to call and inquire about these houses. I changed the criteria of my search to $0 - $100k and it still shows up and moble homes are also listed for up to 60k. If thats the case. and for some reason it's that cheap....I'll be seeing you guys soon

the property is in apple valley- i'd bet real money that it's actually a lease listing that accidentally got entered as a residential sale. $1250/month ain't bad... if you can deal with the heat

the realtor.com listing says the house was built in 1975, but the pic is a brand new house. either the picture is just wrong, or the house was torn down and rebuilt, but it hasn't been recorded yet.

I can deal with the heat...there's times when I think it's chilly on a nice sunny day and it's 75. I'd much rather have hot and sunny then sunny, cloudy, then cold again all in a few hours. During the summer we get to experience all 4 seasons in 1 day usually.

I think it was last summer that we were still getting flurries in May and my heat was on until June

Every summer I swear I am moving to the mountains or the beach, and I live in Riverside, I cannot imagine living in the heat of Yuch ca Valley.
I mean triple digits are hard enough, but trips with two "ones" starting themout, Yuch
