  • Our new ride...

We told our buddy at the dealership to keep an eye out for a used truck for us. He called us yesterday morning with a truck in mind.

We went down tonight and ended up with this:

2005 Dodge Quad Cab 1500 with a Hemi.

They had a special order of four of these with the factory, and our salesman called us to take advantage of it before they were advertised and sold.

    MSRP was $31,000
    Invoice was $27,500
    We paid: $20,990

If anyones interested, they still have three left

Ill post up some pics tomorrow.

Hemi's suck. Shoulda gone for the Cummins.

If I could get a 3/4 ton with the Cummins, manual tranny and a few other little things for the price you paid, I'd be on my way, right now!!!

Congrats! That is a hell of a deal!
olllllllo <--- If you can read that, roll me over!

Price is soon forgotton, quality is not.

You'll wish you got a 3/4 ton if you try to pull the Jeep on a trailer. Nice truck though.

We sure as hell wouldnt have bought this one if we couldve gotten a diesel at the same price. They are running around 35k+.

Yea, I'm sure you would have gone for the cummins (who wouldn't??). Just wishful thinking on my part. Well, that and I haven't given you a hard time in awhile.

the tag says 14/19 I think. which is pretty shitty. Oh well, at least I dont have to haul bumpers in the stratus anymore.
