    This dude was trying to evade CHP eastbound on the 10fwy, exited Overland, continued down National, tried to make a right on Sepuveda but took out a fire hydrant and ended up in a check cashing store. Turns out he was drunk and had 3 prior DUI's. The fire hydrant landed 30 feet away.
