So you made it out there huh Lawrence? Holy :poop: that is cold. Hope you are settling in out there. Not that it's going to make you feel much better, but the weather is nasty out here today . . . 49* w/ 10-20mph winds . . . might even get hail. I know for you non SoCal guys, it doesn't sound like much, be we are on WINTER STORM WATCH now according to all the news stations! I decided to work from home so I wouldn't have to brave the conditions :wink:

1:30pm Hesperia update! Still snowing with 14" on the ground so far. Just drove in from Victorville and major snow storm the whole way. Driving is getting funky for the car, so we will see what tomarrow brings.

Bruce, Jake the Springer brings in the paper 6 days a week, and he actually knows when it's Sunday (Big Paper) and just sits next to it and waits for me.

Twentynine Palms is getting the white stuff too! Yucca Valley is much worse off than we are. Hwy 247 is closed from 29 Palms to Lucerne Valley unless you're 4x4 or have chains.
