To All, and nobody in particular....

We do what we can and feel is the right thing to do to keep our stuff.

I know the feeling to have a vehicle broken into.

If I could have caught the toe-headed mutt that broke into my Land Cruiser in the mid 80's, (twice in the same day) his face would have ended up on a milk carton. That's how angry I was back then. Now if it was the Jeep, it would be even worse for the perp.

Mike, I'm glad you got your Jeep back. Good luck in school and get back up to the central coast.

I also have had my car and another time my truck broken into in the 90's. Know the feeling as well.

I was looking at the tire boot idea. I was thinking building my own version for my larger tire. The boot itself might be easy to build, but like stated before, the lock would be the easiest thing to get through.

I know that guy in charge of the jail in AZ has had great success cutting down on the theft in the jail system. Perhaps you should paint your Jeep pink :dunno:
That which does not kill me postpones the inevitable.
