doors open at 11:00 AM, so i'll be there shortly after that (probably 10 after or so- to give the crowd time to rush in). it's nice going mid-week.... very sparse attendance. eat breakfast beforehand- food there ain't cheap!

Most new car dealers have mid week discount tixs good for a few bucks off. I picked up a few at the Jeep / Carmax near LAX.

I might go on Sunday. Mid week is not possible and Saturday is booked solid. Now to pretty pleeeze the boss into tickets. I might be able to get some extras...I'll let you guys know.

Car show sucked. Everyone is trying to out do everyone for averageness. The guy at the Jeep display didn't know how to put the top back up on a TJ (missed my friend at Jeep by a few minutes...he would have known how to do it). The Unlimited looks ok. Not even good vendors...except the Rhinoliner. Someone tried to sell me on an entertainment center for the Jeep. I told him my Jeep IS my entertainment center. Got tired of being blinded by chrome and blinky lights. (They should put up a seizure warning.) Hopped the next train home.

Thanks for the report. I missed it. I thought to myself do I really want to go to this or should I wait for the next off road expo. I guess I didn't miss nothing.

I went on Saturday. Wicked crowded. I really like the Liberty and the H3.

The KJ I can understand...but the H3? Puhleez...aluminum (foil) skid plate...need I say more. (and I ain't apologizin' for the 'tude.)
