Just wanted to say thank you to all the great people here on MJR. I have met nothing but the greatest people with respect for what they love and want to share with everyone else. I was on another site for a few months and just cancelled my account due to alot of people that I guess felt the need to knock everyone else to feel better about themselves. I am proud to call MJR my new home and can't wait to meet everyone on the trails. May seem like the norm. around here but there is really something special here. Also just got my MJR sticker and its proudly showing off on the YJ. Thanks again, Dan

I think one of the things that keeps this site so friendly is most of us actually wheel together, hang out, call each other on the phone, etc. Most of those other sites (jf, pirate, etc.) you have anonymity because it's comprised of so many people from so many places that everybody can pump themselves up and have attitude and all those dumb 'pissing contests'.If we aren't supposed to eat animals, then why are they made out of meat?

What really keeps this site the way it is has to be our moderators. Come here with a bad attitude, aggressive behavior and your banned. It happens from time to time but it gets handled quickly. YOU GUYS ROCK!!! This is always a cool place to come to.
This was a cool post from awhile back

good people attract other good people, and keep the bad people away. it also really helps out that most of the regulars here have at least hung out once or twice on the trails, and always find out that we're all good people off the forum too, and end up making acquaintances that frequently extend beyond the trail runs!
it's like our little own democracy.
