You do know that everytime you use your credit card, atm card, make a call on a GPS enabled cell phone, etc. that you can and probably are being tracked? Uncle Sam's been at this shtuff for a long long time...[CENTER][COLOR=#ff0000]Resistance Off Road

About a month ago I bought a pair of shoes that came out to $108.23 or something of that nature. The guy could not count to $110, much less type it into the cash register. I had to talk him through it! Good times.:gun:'99 TJ Sport:gun:

You're aware of the "666" connectiion to microchips? I always thought that was an interesting approach to this issue; scare tactics to warn the general public. Anytime you throw a little religion into the controversy, people sit up and take notice.
I know what you mean about cashiers not being able to make change. Makes you wonder when the Hell our priorities changed in regards to our children's education. I think it was when the evil ATM/Debit card came into being... :poop:
BTW, $108.00 would buy me shoes for two years![CENTER][COLOR=#ff0000]Resistance Off Road

I'm not really looking at this from a religious standpoint, and I'm far from alone in the concern over the misuse of these ideas to invade our privacy. Even the most liberal states are passing laws banning human use of RFID chips.
As far as the shoes, they will surely last at least two years! hehe

Here's a quote from the first few paragraphs:
California to ban human RFID implants
9/4/2007 - California will become the third US state to ban manufacturers and others from implanting radio frequency identification (RFID) tags in their workers, under a bill passed by legislators last week.
Senators voted in 28 to 9 for the bill over fears that employers could force workers to have RFID tracking tags under their skin at all times. The bill now goes to the state governor for signing before it become law.
While RFID holds the promise of making it easier to manage workers, and restrict access to sensitive areas, privacy and human rights concerns have raised the hackles of unions, legislators and the public.
"We shouldn't condone forced 'tagging' of humans," state Senator Joe Simitian said. "It's the ultimate invasion of privacy."
...
Other states are moving in the same direction. Wisconsin has already moved to ban the practice under a bill signed in 2005. A similar measure, SB 2220, has also been introduced by a Republican lawmaker in Florida and is making its way through the legislature there.:gun:'99 TJ Sport:gun:
