  • OK, I'm officially going insane!

You know that little voice in your head (what, you don't have one?) that keeps saying, "spend more money, climb bigger rocks"? Well, the son of B__ch got me! Looks like Full Traction is getting a big ole' chunk of my incentive bonus this time around. I'm installing the 6" long arm system and some other expensive goodies to go with that. So, besides the fact that I can't wheel right now anyway (health issues) I won't be trailin' for a while. I'm hoping to make the Rookie Run at JV still, and am on track for that. I also decided to do a full write up with pics as I bust knuckles and curse at the tool Gods, so this should be fun. Anyone want to help out? PM me if you do.
If I don't see or talk to any of you wonderful peeps agian soon, have a great Thanksgiving!

WAIT. If JV is calling you, you'll find out that long arms are just one more thing to get hung up on. Come out and ride along on the next run.

Edit: I just talked to Chris, he wants you to CALL HIM before you do anything 951-551-6181

No, seriously though, if the man is going to go to the 'Hammers' (Sledge and Jack), he is going to need every part he has.

Kurt if you didn't live so far away from me, I'd want to help and learn as much as I could from the experience.

My short arms seem to putt around OK on any trail I put them on.. Hammers, devils canyon, whatever...
I would never swap tp long arms for pure rock crawling

why not when i switched to long arms my whole ride changed from danger to controled, and if you dont live right on the trail, then i think its a wise decision, and my jeep flexes way better than it did, doesnt want to rip control arm mounts off, wheels are centered, just my opinion things may be different in a tj,///Kevin

It appears you forgot you were in the short wheelbase section and that the rules for bus suspension don't apply to Wranglers.
