What Tie Rod and Drag link?

well, I needed a new tie rod, and only the tie rod, and so I go a hold of "Parts Mike" (partsmike.com) and he shipped one out to me cheep. good quality to. and he didn't mess around, asked me what I needed and got it done quick. I was told by so many that I would have to get a new steering link 'kit' and pay $$ for it. Currie did not (could not?) sell me the one part I needed, they just kept going back to the 'kit'. Currie makes good :poop: but they couldn't get small enough to help me.
