I took one of the pins to Ace Hardware and found some grade 8 bolts with a round/allen head and picked up some new nuts. I tightened then up and then installed the springs.

I believe they were 3/8" dia., don't remember how long.

exactly what I did...I carry a few as trail spares too.

      Hey all,
I ended up having to drill out the broken bolt heads....:bonk: There is nothing better than having to re-invent the wheel! I tried to remove the passenger side, but I broke off the easy-out and was fairly irritated at that point. So, instead of making things worse I decided to go in the house and make hamburgers for my family.....
So, after burning up a 1/4" drill bit things are back to stock.
      Money pit!
