    So, your rear uppers are still in good condition? That's a good sign with a long arm setup.... I bet you beat it up pretty good. Have you felt the difference between a track bar setup and yours? If so, how did it feel compared?

      Just go for it David . . . sell all the baby shower :poop: you get on ebay and buy a lift and tires All your wife's friends probably have all that :poop: anyway and the kid will only need it for a few months and will have no recollection of whether or not that was a new crib, stroller, etc! What's more important is the memories that the child will have of his/her cool dad in his sweet ass Jeep.

      As you can probably tell . . . kids aren't exactly on the horizon for the schmo anytime soon

            My tri-link bolts to the massive beely pan, and then to a centre point bracket on the diff. As for the tri-link for a short arm it bolts to the bracket in the centre of the diff and then to the factory brackets for the upper control arm on the frame. no fuss no muss, and no rear trac bar to mess around with.

                Yeah, look at that little thing smiling up at you.....

                It doesn't :poop:, need diapers, a car seat, a hospital, clothes, education (what's left of it anyway..), food, and oh yeah...concentrated attention!!!! :omg:
                ......just bolt and go....wish the wife was that easy to configure...."....no, honey, you go right here, and then, ......stay there...."

                Thanks for all the input people....
                Special thanks goes to the Academy, and Joe and Josh, for their wonderful marital advice .

                  Been wondering myself???

                  I just took a look at this thread. I have been wondering about the tri-link setup myself.

                  So,let me get this straight...
                  At the bottom of the picture, (the open end of the "Y") this connects to the upper control arm mounts on the frame. The bracket in the photo connects to the pumpkin, and then the single connection of the "Y" attatches to that.

                  So, the upper control arms are gone and so is the track bar.
                  Only the lower control arms remain with the tri-link on top...

                  Correct??:confused2:dunno::tongue::thumbs_up

                    That's the way I understand it. Sure is nice and clean, it's just having to spend another few hundred on the exhaust that kept me away.

                      don't spend the money on the exhaust kit, i did and i have had to modify it so it would not hit. Just find one of those small mufflers and do it yourself for half the price. This set up does work very good for the rocks. and gets rid of the track bar.

                        Did you have to do welding on the muff kit? Or was it a slip on kit?

                            You will have to have it modified, i really don't think it is a bolt on set up. I had mine cut and bent and it still is not the best. If i did it over i would get a small muffler and small cat and stick it up where the stock cat is and then route the pipes out the back somewhere. otherwise the muffler is where the tri link is and could rub, mine rubbed pretty good against my driveshaft, but after a while makes it self fit better !!!!
