When replacing the 4x4 vaccuum lines with new ones, do I have to do it any certain way or can I just disconnect and reconnect?

Black ZZR has a good point. One at a time and you will be fine. Note: Make the new vacuum lines a little long so the wont pull off and you can trim the ends if they get hard, keep them away from heat sources and if you tie strap them up, don't cinch the straps to tight as to crimp the lines. Here is a site for usefull information if you get stuck.
