Oh, and its no joke about re-checking the bolt torque frequently. After each rock run half of the bolts are completely loose. The rocks somehow magically manage to spin the bolts heads loose for you.

Funny you should say that... I picked them up directly from Champion. When they showed them to me I said "Wow, those are nice looking. Too bad they will never look this good again"

I like your idea because it is also something I would like to do. I know for some its silly to paint a Jeep thats just going to get beat the chit out of in the rocks but a solid color Jeep would look so sweet! I'd probably stick with the stock color as I like it a lot.

ah, so you know what i mean! i want mine to look like a toy, like a little hot wheels jeep. solid. bumbers, body, accents, rims, everything one color. i'm even thinking painting over the rhinolining, but i'ma have to test a section first and see how it works! hehe

i do like your color though. nice. i get the idea of not painting something you are gonna beat up, but if it looks good outside it's a good idea of what's inside. like if you go buy a car, if it's dirty they probably didn't take care of it, including under the hood.:thumbs_do
