Think the ECU took a dump

And sometimes fuses just give up the ghost. Ohm out the wiring and or just see if you throw another fuse. If you do then you know you got a non-random issue. True that fuses are only there to protect the wiring from overheating, give it a try you might be surprised.

20 years out of a $3 fuse ain't bad, but being away from home when it goes stinks. Ohmed fine. Died of old age.
