          When I did the genright hood louvers for my YJ I used a 2-3/8" holesaw for the holes, I lined up the pieces, traced them out on the hood and then kept the holes inside the lines. I did it this way because I was able to keep more structural integrity of the hood in tact, by spacing my holes out I was able to leave material between holes so I did not cut the long continuous openings required on either side of the hood. The vents still allowed plenty of heat to escape, there were no corners to the cuts that could develop cracks and I felt better about the whole thing. :2:
