Update, I started getting into the front end and replaced the ball joints, the currie steering was on it's way out so I bought the Teraflex high steer knuckle set up ($100 more than currectlync) and have been exercising the suspension a lot.
Painted the boat sides with some oil base paint and the color isn't right. I wasn't going for the galvanized look so it will get re shot while on the rig sealing all the hardware.
I used some rubber flooring to seal of the interior to the exterior to keep things from falling out while driving. I have punched some vent holes in the kick panel also for air movement. (Pics later)
Took it to the next level and flipped the drag link and Tie rod to the top on the knuckles for more clearance.
I used the old track bar for parts, I chopped off the ends and re welded them accordingly. I had an extra RE end so no more worn out rubber bushing on the axle side. The RE track bar was TWEAKED !!
I use a microphone stand as another set of hands to hold stuff while I'm sleeping under the jeep.

old bumper were air tanks so I found this in the sanford pile and got it mounted and plumbed.
Ran into a slight problem. The TJ went in the garage with no top and 35's scraping the roll bar on garage door. Now with 37's and no weight it's actually about an 1" higher now. I swapped the rear coils for some 3.5" and it still won't roll out, so I need to air down to get it out until new garage door goes in.
It's on to the sway bar mounts if the track bar doesn't hit anything at full compression, if anyone has done this mod chime in with some pics on how you did the link mounts.You can lead a horse to water, but it might drown

It'll be fine with a roll up garage door, problem is the old style door eat's up about 5"- 6" of clearance. I had to make a choice when I spent the money, cheap garage door now or Jeep parts . choice was clear, I'll buy a nicer garage door later when Jeep is finished. I am keeping in mind the max height with soft top on so that I can drive right in and out. I was actually surprised and very happy it fit, I thought I'd have to replace garage door immediately. There are some structural issues that need to be addressed for a new door to look and fit proper. No biggy I just need a little time to get it done, and I'm sure the 2nd time I have to air down to get it in will be enough motivation.You can lead a horse to water, but it might drown

Correction: I guess "Sway Bar Link Mounts" is a better description and what Teraflex calls them.
