Swivel Lunette Ring/Eye

I had thought about that and tried to determine how much movement I really needed in that direction which appeared to me as not much. I already had the adjustable Lunette Eye and don't have a means to drill/cut a large enough hole for the swivel type, didn't wanna just "burn" a round hole with a torch....

Simple is always better, for some round holes a hole saw makes a good friend.
