    Well in preparation for death valley this year i decided to quit being lazy and finally build a trailer

    Here are some pictures hope you enjoy

      Not sure yet, i mounted the fenders today and still need to linex the whole thing then ill take it to the scales

                    Thanks its coming along nicely. I am not wild about the fenders but im going to remake the axle because its about 3 inches too wide on each side and i have the steel for the axle, so all it will cost me is some new spindles

                      What spring rate are you using? Shocks?

                      Yah, it does look like the wheelbase is a bit wide. Maybe make the fenders a little wider and that gives you a nice place to put "stuff" when camped?

                        hub face to hub face is 70 inches so I think ill bring in in a bit. i thought of making the fenders wider but wasnt thrilled with the look.

                          You might keep your options open regarding that pintle. They clunk something fierce on a trail, and DV is famous for it's washboard. I like the MAX coupler. It's finicky to connect, but one it's on, it's awesome.

                            I got the Rubi wheel to fit Ill mount a tire an see which i like best
