I should have it done around the same time you finish your jeep Josh, we seem to work at the same speed....

Now you got Joe to start cutting up his jeep ( nice )

Getting a ticket will depend on the cop. Some cities are writing for a GPS stuck up on the windshield by the rear view I'm told. Great looking cage, good work.

Today I had some free time to get some more work done on my cage. I added some grab bars, braced the sides to the main hoop & moved the rear view mirror to the front part of the gage.

Josh you told me that a JEEP is never finished, just an on going project... Now I can paint the front half of the cage.

Like what you are doing. Except the top A-B factory tubes need to be replaced. I had a very similar cage and when I brushed the wall at Calico the factory bar bent in almost 2.5"

All you need to do is chop them off with enough space so you can weld new tubes on to the factory windshield mount and B pillar mount. A-Z Fab does it this way and it makes your cage alot stronger.

I know it is the weak point of the cage, should have done that from the start.

The windshield... take a look at my Jeep next time you're over, or tomorrow when we paddle out.

I'm thinking it's to relocate the mirror.
                            Nice job BTW.
