I know of a couple people in riverside *caugh* *caugh* Allen *caugh* that might be able to help you diagnose it. If you have a D35 that you broke a shaft on, you wouldn't have made it home because it would have come out like this:

It is more than likely spider gears since that didn't happen to you:

IF you have internal issues-with the gearing-and you can't or don't want to afford changing the axle, I know where a Super 35 kit is.....

can i get mini spool for a dana 35? because i pulled my diff cover off and i saw teeth missing and a few fell out as the oil drained so it isnt a axel problem

is there a retainer plate conversion kit for a 35?

just ditch that thing... theres a D44 under a comanche at the pick apart in Ontario. If you hit it up soon it could still be there, it was there as of yesterday. Do yourself a favor and drop that D35 like a bad habit...

grab that 44 dude, it will save you so much in the long run, and think of the guys you wheel with... you don't want to have them stuck on the trail with your broke di*# D35!
