I use 85-140 as suggested in the ARB manual for extreme use. I change it once a year or whenever I've got it apart, whichever's first.

2 Votes for AmsOil... Best product line on the market in my opinion. Use it on EVERYTHING! trans, enj, diff... One exception, both my father and I use a synthetic grease for fittings. I can't recall the name right now, but it has the widest temp range we've seen yet.

We run the gear oil in our tow rig. I'm as impressed as anyone can be about a gear oil. We had to service the rear gasket a while ago and have seen improvement on less deposits (more like no deposits, the gears look new again Vs. black like the old stuff left them) and no burn marks or discoloration.
