  • Exhaust Headers

We know that the stock exhaust manifold sucks.

I bought a Doug Thorley header about 3 years ago Tri-Y design, blah, blah, blah.

Well...it cracked after 2 years, it is now so bad that I have to do something about it. POS

So can anyone recommed an exhaust header that has taken trail abuse without cracking.

Or, tell me which brand to avoid for similar issues.

Maybe I'll compile some sort of list, maybe not.

Had a gibson stainless header, it rusted through, got replaced under warranty and sold to the highest bidder. Now I have a stock header/manifold.

My Borla is doing well. It's been on for 4 years and I can't say I take very good care of it. When raising my driveline I just kinda shoved everything up and figured the heat would eventually let the collector bend a bit It hasn't cracked yet, but I'm waiting anxiously...

The header arrived the other day. It is well made and fit without requiring any tweeks :yay:

Lets hope it can take the abuse
