Tire/wheel wobble!

My drivers rear tire wobbles about 1 inch at the tread. Its not the wheel or tire because I swapped it and it still wobbled. The bearings seem good. Could it be a bent axle shaft? Its not my comuter, so I have time to figure it out myself but any advice will be helpful.

Check the u-bolts too - if you've lost a center pin the axle will shift.
