Yes it's .035, I replaced mine not too long ago w/Champion Truck Plugs. They were pre-gaped but not @.035 so be sure to check them. My year has the coil rail, I made sure to get/use anitseize and Dielectric grease, easy job too.
I believe it (dielectric grease) helps keep the plug wires from "sticking" to the plugs.
Ever went to change your plugs and start pulling the plug wires off and all of a sudden, the wire pulls from the boot and now you have a spark plug boot stuck on the plug. It can be a real pita when that happens.
