It depends on which manual. If you have the NV3550, 4.88 should work pretty well. 5.13's may be a bit steep. If you have the NSG370, the ratios are so much lower, you could probably do 4.56's. You effectively have an extra 1/2 turn in 1st and an extra 1/4 turn 2nd -4th. 5th is what 4th used to be and the OD dropped from .79 to .84. I'm running 4.10's on 32's and it's fairly low. Acceleration is easy and I turn 2600RPM at 65MPH.God forgives, rocks don't

I thought all TJ rubi's have the NV3550. I'll have to figure out what I have in my 03. Is there a visual tell, That I can look for? Thanks for the info.It was like that when I got here.
