      I ran 4.10 with my 33's and wished I had 4.56. Also note I have a automatic.

      This may help.

Sadly, I have 3.07 with my 33s, although I'll be going to 4.56 some day.

              I really like this chart.

I would rather have 4.56 gears but I wont be regearing till I get some 35s.

I currently run 4.88's with my 33's and I love it! I have a 4 banger, 5 speed and need them for better street-ability. They are great off road too!

4.30's would be a nice ratio but that is a no can do next best thing is 4.56, will work well for both 33's and 35's in the future, face it you will eventually go there

4.88 and 33's mated to a 6 spd, 4.0l, works great, also pull a trailer to and from camping and the trail.

4.56 / 33's / Auto Seems to be about right for on-road and moderate off-road. I don't have enough extreme time off road to comment.

I run 4.10's and 33's, I have an older 3spd auto and that makes a huge difference. My jeep screams rpm's on the highway 3k rpm to hit 65, the 4.2L don't like that. People probly think I am asleep at the wheel in the jeep lol.
If i had an OD tranny i would definitely want 4.56 gears.
