ok today i got some stuff accomplished. After my coil spring compressor incident everything went fairly smooth. Got my V8 ZJ coils in and got an extra inch of lift in the front, now im waiting on a 2inch AAL to get rid of my block in the rear. I also did some fender hackage. The back looks kinda messed up because i didnt just cut the fender off because there are spotwelds that hold the rear fender panal to some other crap so i made vertical cuts and hammered it back. For the front i just cut about an inch off and it turned out look very nice. The front looks like it has room for 32s except for rubbing when turning. Also decided since i have about 3 inches of lift i was gonna figure out how to extend my sway bar links a bit so my cheap $5 discos still work. Well i took a half threaded 1/2" bolt and cut the head off and the threads which left me with a 2 inch smooth section, then i cut the sway bars and welded the bolt in. Worked out well. Painted em red and now they are ROCKIN!!

ok pics.....
Red Swaybar links;
Front fender chop;
Rear fender chop;(wow you can really see the dent in my door...stupid tree)
Here is my CB mount i made today. It was up on top of my roof rack but it was WAY to high. I used a piece of flat iron and welded it to a little piece of 1/2" square tubing so i could use the mount i had, works perfectly.
From the ground to my front fender lip is 36 inches, and from the ground to the rear fender lip is 34 inches...hopefully when i get my AAL and get rid of my block i can make em close to even.B R E T T
87 XJ 3" lift, 31s-thats all thats worth mentioning
