  • RE - Introduction

Hey All, As some of you may know, from the classifieds, on here. I sold my Jeep a few weeks ago. Mitchell, I hope your father-in-law, is enjoying it.
My reason for selling, was to move into a trail only crawler. After a few weeks of hunting, I found my new (to me) rig.
It started life as a Suzuki Samurai. The only thing left that is still samurai, is some of the frame, the "body", and the T-case. The engine and trans are upgrades from a Sidekick. The axles are toyota. Everything else is custom. As it sits, it weighs in at 2480lbs. This is a super basic, no frills crawler.

I know I don't have a jeep anymore. But, I will be lurking around, still. Gladly sharing the YJ and TJ knowledge I have.

It was like that when I got here.

Took the new toy to Cougar Buttes today, for a shakedown run, with Toolman. It was awesome. This thing is definitely the next level. Mike and I had a great time. Then we ran into Fred. He showed me some big boy lines. Thanks Fred. I've never wheeled like that before, and I can't wait to get more of it.

Good time yesterday. Little buggy crawls like a tarantula. Its fun to watch it go and I can't wait to get out there again. I'm sorry it was such a short trip.
