  • hi from austria-europe

my name is gerald and i want to start with a warning..........the warning of my bad english....
so please oversee my mistakes, thx.

    about me:

iam 38 years old and proud dad of 3 boys, my wife and i are together since 20 years.
we run 2 gas stations here in austria and have a nice house...yep life is close to perfect.
iam a big fan of the us since my first visit 13 years ago and i have been there 14x, love it.
most of the time iam in west palm beach, fl. because my best friend jim and his family live there.

iam a member of the earlycj5.net forum and i have done the rubicon last year with them, and i fall in love with california.
in 2013 i come again for the rubicon but i think not for the last time.........
ca has great places to wheel!

i like the old cjs most, i had modern jeeps and also a chief but cj is what i want to wheel.
our familyjeep is a cj6 1979 4.2l, i have this jeep since years and my boys grown up in this car.
the jeep has 35000miles and original paint!

i had long time 33x9.5 and a litle lift, here you see the troupseats in the back

but since this spring i run the stock lift and the stock tires ( i still have the arb fr&re) i take the rear seats also out and now i have a front bench and a regular seat in the back.
i love wheeling in a stock jeep!

yes we stil make the jeep dirty..

..and this are my boys......they are most of the time with me!

i do a lot of trips and if you want i can post some pic.

    greetings from europe

    gerald

Cool CJ, from the look of the sidepanel, somebody stretched it some, I haven't seen that on the one CJ6 I looked at over here

Good looking boys and jeep, Gerald. Are there many good places to wheel in or around Austria? From what I have seen and heard, Austria is an amazing place.
