  • Looks fun!

Hey everyone, I ran across this group by accident and I have been following your threads for various runs in the area. I live in Hesperia and drive a '78 CJ7 that I'm pretty close to finished restoring. 360 engine with a granny low T-18, Eaton electric locker in the rear and a Spartan in the front . . . complete with my rattle can paint job I did 3 years ago! Hey - at least it's one color now

I 4-wheeled a lot 15 years ago and am just looking for a group to get back into it again. I have a wife (who's scared of heights - ewww this is gonna be fun!), a 17 year old son and a 3 year old little Princess so I'm gonna have to break them in easy, but looking forward to having fun with everyone! I really want to make one of these runs to Calico you are doing in May and then the Jeep Jamboree in June.

Welcome to MJR. Lots of great runs to join in on, here. Be careful with you 17 year old. If he likes it too much, you'll be a 2 jeep family b4 you know it .
It was like that when I got here.

Thanks for the warm welcome everyone - this is gonna be good! I'm glad my CJ will fit in. Years ago I made my first run in a brand new 91 Wrangler still with paper plates, but after lots of rocker panel damage in my brand new vehicle I decided to do it the other way this time around.
