Im new here to MyJeepRocks, I got the call sign Big Bird from my Bro-in-law do to the fact that my jeep is yellow, and that I'm 6'7".
I finally scored a nice used jeep with some parts on it. I have been out a few times with family jeeping already, and having and awesome time at that. Next Big Bird run will be in Johnson Valley next week with "The Family". Everyone is going out to see The King Of The Hammers, except for us, I have to work. And my wife and I just had aour first child, a boy, he is now just a month old.
My jeep is a 2001 Jeep Wrangler TJ, 35" Goodyear MTR's with Kevlar, 4.5" Currie Suspension, Rancho 9000 Shocks, Armor all underneath, and yes a good sound system to hear Rock Crushing tunes too.
I have done a few trails like Clieghorn Road, Pilot Pass, and 2N17X. I plan on trying all the trails in Socal trail book. Other than that, I just want to have good time jeeping, and if I get a chance to Jeep with some of you I look forward to the good times. Plus, I can't wait until my son is old enough to go out Jeep with me.
