inVERT'd, take your stuff back! I don't think I have ever cursed this much in my life! lol :censor:
In case anyone out there doesn't know...The RE longarm kit is a huge pain in the ass to install.
My progress over the last 2 days with about 12 hours of total work includes getting the crossmember fully installed, cutting off one lower control arm bracket and installing the front passenger long lower CA. Tomorrow I am going to try to cut off one more bracket, install the other front lower and set my pinion angle.
Tedder! How ya doing! Glad to see you roaming around here.
ocTJ, front end is completely done...only took me 2.5 days. I took today off and am going to try to finish it tomorrow. I'll let you know how it works out.
And regarding those brackets...I don't trust myself enough with the grinder to cut the welds so I am cutting half the bracket off on the inside, cutting through half the weld on the outside and just hitting it with a 3lb mini sledge until the rest of the weld cracks, then grinding the rest down. It's such a bitch, but I'm getting there.

OMG, it figures--I just CAN'T WIN THESE DAYS! :bonk:

That's why I told you the kit practically installs itself. If I had told you what a PITA it is, you wouldn't have bought it.

Then who knows. I need one of these > :cocktail:

I think you you just need a little grease. I mean I see your jaws flapping, but all I hear is a bunch of whining!
