Hi Everyone,

I'm Diane, and like the title says, I'm in Sunny Beautiful Arizona where the weather is just now getting to be cool enough to go wheeling!

I'm on my 3rd Jeep, bought a '96 XJ that my hubby and I are building into an expedition vehicle. So far we've taken her to Hole-in-the-Rock and Canyonlands Maze District, and we've got plenty more in store.

I have a build thread going on everything we've done so far located here: http://www.offroadpassport.com/forum...hread.php?t=80 and as you can see we haven't done a lot to her but she does really well on the trail!

We also have a TJ that we use for rougher trails; we took it to The Rubicon Trail in July.

We can get a whole lot more gear in the XJ, so we're doing more to prepare her for the long trips. I'll post updates to the build!

Looks like a nice place you have here!

Welcome to MJR! Your XJ rocks!
An XJ will always cost you less then any girl ever will, and you will always know when the spark is gone.

Id also like to add I learned a few things on your build thread. I like the RV floor mount heater vents.

I couldn't find the photo thread. Maybe you could show me where it is. . .

Here's another one taken from the same location:

Here you go Diane. Look at the Non Jeep Photography thread, there are quite a few good photographers here, so Sarah made that thread just for them.

Welcome Diane! XJ's make great expedition platforms. Quite a few folks on www.expeditionportal.com share the same opinion. Check it out, you might get some fresh ideas for your own build.
