Hi everyone. I just registered here a couple of minutes ago.
About three weeks ago I bought my first Jeep. It is a 1994 Grand Cherokee Limited, V8, 4WD. It has 102,000 miles on it. It was my mechanics daughters car and is in great shape for a car 15 years old. Straight body (white), no oil leaks, no exhaust leaks. Drives good, shifts good. Everything interior wise works well (windows, air, ect...). No tears in the headliner or seats. It also has a 2" BB lift with 30" BFG's that have about half their life remaining.
I have since painted the cladding black, trimmed the front fender, added foglights, added a FlowMaster 40 series muffler, and added a K&N air intake kit. I want to work on eliminating the gold.
I wheeled this thing for the first time last Saturday on the Cleghorn Ridge from the I15 to Lake Silverwood with my neighbors Rover club. We ran all the side trails. Man, that was some crazy stuff. I look forward to tagging along on some of the trail runs here if ya dont mind...
My family and I have been off road enthusiasts for about 15 years now, always the 2 wheel variety. I cant wait to add bumpers, roof racks, lights, and all the other cool stuff to this rig and hit the trails.
Thanks for listening. Talk to you later.
