  • Greetings to MJR

    Hello All,

My name is Savi and I wanted to introduce myself. I've been lurking on the site and finally took the plunge when I posted a request for info around Indio which was answered within a few hours.

Here are the specs on my ride:

    Betelgeuse

    2006 Jeep Wrangler Soft-Top
    2.4L I4
    6-Speed Manual Transmission
    AirRaid Intake System
    MagnaFlow Muffler
    ProComp 2" Suspention Lift
    31" Pathfinder ATs
    Body Armor Quad-hoop Front Bumper
    Body Armor Side Rails
Body Armor Rear Bumper w/Swing-Away Tire Carrier
    Wilderness Rack
    Smittybuilt RX8000 Winch
    Rancho RSX9000 Adjustable Shocks
    Bone-stock Drivetrain
    Cobra classic 25 CB
    45,000+ Miles
    Daily Driver
    Autobot

Betelgeuse is underpowered on the highway, has no room inside, is uncomforable, has low gas mileage, has the aerodynamics of a billboard, is loud yet I can't seem to wipe the grin off my face everytime I drive it.

    Here' a shot of Betelgeuse:

            Captain Savi,

Great to see you post up. For those who haven't met Savi, he is truely a nice guy and a perfect fit here. He and his son Reigel ran Cleghorn with Chuck (dirtman13) and myself (great88) in October. We had a great time. Welcome aboard!

Here's a few shots of Captain Savi from Cleghorn

                  Thanks for the Welcome

Mitch: that was nice of you to say, and thanks for the shots! The cross-axle shot from the front was absolutely awesome. I think it's maxed out. If you have the original I would love to get it!
