Hi, to start i'm from Huntersville NC (some call it LKN). I have a 04 wrangler unlimited rubicon not a very common jeep since the rubicon pakage was not offered in 04, from what I can find out there were only 9 made, Mine has HO 4.0 with head work, 52mm throttle body with powerair spacer, K&N, MSD ignition, JET stage 2 chip, intake-header-dynomax ex, trans just a B&M shift kit, 4-1 transfer case, 32-11.50 procomp tires with run flat inserts on x-steel rims, stock Dana 44 in the rear-Dana 35 with brake upgades up front, upgraded bushings, springs, shocks, and stablizer, 54in trail jack,KC hylites,6in fender flairs,Ram nerf bars, D-rings,ect,ect,ect. Shes a classy looking jeep "most say" She wheels just fine "for now".

When i first got my jeep i thought it was the rock krawler from hell, u know hit it fast and hard-then"PING" 3 axles,2 engines,2 steering boxes, and 3 trans, here we are - Ford uses a Dana 35 in the ranger both IFS and straight, I have herd that one was made for jeep for use in the TJ and YJ but have only found a diff cover in an older 4WD parts cat.

I think we may have discovered the problem.
