They are everywhere, my jeep was broken into last night (like thats hard to do) wanted to steal the cb,external speaker, mike, and the cable, just made a mess of stuff inside, thank goodness for ignition, fuel kill or she would have been gone. They left all the stuff under the jeep(???) i think someone spooked them. My neighbor was not so lucky (ford ranger) they took all his radio stuff broke windows. Thieves should be shot on site!

As much as I hate to say this... You're probably more likely to see the parts than the Jeep. I'd keep an eye out for the parts. Look on message boards like this one and eBay and craigslist for the same combos of parts for sale or for somewhat rare items that were mounted to the Jeep. That really sucks!

I never said anything about Rivercide being better... and I lived in Lawndale and half my family still does.

                        Anyways, back to the topic.

That sucks and sorry to hear that. We can do a little more to protect ourselves and what I have done was add a Radar Sensor to my alarm. The way I have it set up is if the top is on or not and if someone looks through the window it will chirp as a warning. If the top or windows are off and someone reaches in the vehicle the alarm goes off. Their only 40 dollars and can be wired in to the shock sensor. I also have the Viper alarm with the remote pager thats works up to 1 mile away. We have to do more to protect our investments. If the pager goes off in the middle of the night the GLOCK 23 will answer the call...

Im likeing that Idea roger. I had a my jeep broken into last year and they cut the rear side window. I didn't even have the doors or back window in. To show you how bad it was a SGT. for the local PD had his stolen out of his driveway while he was on duty. I agree that my S&W 4006 will answer the next time for me.
