I did this run once, but am not up for leading a run yet. And a reminder, I will skip Heartbreak after Rattlesnake Canyon to stay with the easier trail to Big Bear (2N02) if anyone else is interested. Schmo pick a CB channel ahead of time and post it.

SWEET!!! Looks like this is shaping up to be a great day of wheelin' . . . glad to see that so many of you are able to make it! As far as the time, I'm open to whatever works best for the group. . . I'll be coming from about 2-2.5 hours away (and it doesn't look like I'm the only one) so don't be too cruel Sounds like the Chevron station in Lucern Valley would be a good meeting spot . . . great88, do you happen to have the address? I was thinking meeting at 9-9:15 and leaving at 9:30 sounded good if that would work for everybody.:dunno: How about we go with CB Channel 29.

If some of you can't make it on Saturday and want to set up a run for Sunday . . . go for it!!! I'd bet there's others that are in the same boat . . . and hell, if I can swing it, I'll join ya

            Maybe....

I'd love to go...again.... last time, I snaped my draglink 1/4 the way up but remedied and continued through. I 'm torn, cause I gotta work on our newly aquired 65 Airstream for "Fun in the Desert" I 'll either be there or won't.... don't wait for me, but I may pop up at the last min. Good times!

You know I'll be having a lot of Cabo Wabo!! Unfortunately I won't have a choice what they have on the cruise, so if they stock Cabo Wabo, I'll be in heaven! I'm hoping to get a shot of the Cabo Uno at his bar!

                  Joe,
The Chevron station is at the intersection of the 247 and the 18. There is a Y intersection there. If you come out of Apple Valley on the 247 you can't miss it.

Oh come on Maxwell! That's what Sunday can be used for! I'm trying to find a way to cover the shift on Saturday so that I don't have to work that day (I'll have to work Sunday if this works). Besides, You can't claim to have TRULY conquered the trails since you "Babied" it through !

Besides, we both need to do that V-Notch that we saw and passed up on the short cut to 2N01

I wanna go, but it will be on Friday (most likely) before I know for sure.

PS: SOMEBODY (Schmo) pick a time to meet at the Chevron......

Come on Max. Being from Apple Valley you probably only have a 30 min drive there and back....you can do it. Mike, I hope you can make it too. Looking forward to wheelin with you guys again.
Joe, I’m about 2 hrs out so you’re not alone.
I would agree with the Chevron as a meeting place(If it's ok with Great88  )as it's easy to find.
                        Check out .
