Unusual flier format. Using a real print shop this time. No more printing at-home fliers. Flier will be printed and folded on 2000 plastic sheets.

I'm sure most of us would love to promote, but unfortunately I don't think too many of us will make it out from sunny CA to Branson for this! I'm looking forward to the pictures and videos though! Good luck! I'd love to come see it! (And another sincere apology for my comments in another thread).

I must have missed something. Maybe I should check the boards more often. No harm, no fowl dude.

Thanks for the encouragement. When I began posting on this site, I was not aware of how far most members lived. Perhaps in the years to come either some of you will make the trek over, or moroc will expand westward.

The next work weekend is scheduled for labor day weekend. Tomarrow we are expecting to get the 5 loads of boulders in so we can place them labor day weekend. Next week we will be getting in 8 loads of dirt which I will form some real nice obstacles with. I will continue to post picture updates as work continues.

teaser pics of moroc race this weekend, branson, MO

EVENT: MOROC Extreme Off Road Racing
            Where: Indian Ridge Resorts
Address: 1 woody Lane, Branson West, MO 65737
            Contact: Nathan Davis, 314-974-5337, www.moroc-us.com www.moroc.us

Not too late to register your team!

All but 2 of the courses are set. There are a total of 10 visible courses inside this bowl. There will be an 11th course, but that is the Solid Axle Shoot Out course, and won’t be marked until Sunday after noon.

We were able to bring in logs and boulders for this event and we placed them on Monday. As previous pictures never did the event site justice, I hope these pics will justify my promotion of extreme offroad racing. It’s what it is, and that’s what the teams will face upon arrival this weekend. As you should be able to see, these courses are extremely technical. Also note that almost every picture is taken from spectator areas.

            Enjoy.

the log is wider that my 4 wheeler is taller (Super-mod obstacle) Stock does not run this course. Course 8.

            Another shot of course 8

One more shot of course 8 (looking uphill on the first set of obstacles

bowl where 4 courses run side by side (courses 4,5,6,10)

picure taken from spectator area of course 7. Simular to the design of course 1 at Superlift.

Part of course 9. Stock class does not run this course!

Well, you're from the "show me" state alright! Nice pics. How many people are building those courses? Looks like a ton of work. Good job. Hope the event is as good as the one I just came from. It freaking ROCKED!

                Good luck and nice job.

I had about 1 hour relief on the back hoe, the other 31 hours was me running it. The brush hog work in the courses was done by one of the teams. I did most of the brush hog work in the parking area and spectator road. That was about 15 hours total of mowing.

The construction pictures didn't do the site justice, and honestly neither do the pics below.

The event was great by the way. over 700 spectators, 32 staff member, 1 tv show where the owner is planning on doing 8 episodes from the coverage as well as other promotional footage from interviews. We also had 8 vendors, 2 of those current sponsors, with one new sponsor for next year.
