Big Bear area

because the Forest fest is limited to 200 entries this year we decided to go camping in the big bear area that weekend and do some of our own runs
Adventure4x4 is going to be based at Tanglewood that weekend with a lot of guys at Hanna flats and I think a few at Holcomb valley
we plan on doing Holcomb Creek , with another run doing Gold Mountain, in the morning of Saturday, a mid morning run up the bull with a afternoon run behind arrowhead in the willow creek Rouse ranch area.
Lots o Fun, and a pot luck getting started at 6 pm at Tanglewood
We are a toyota strong group with a bunch of jeeps, hummers, land rovers, scattered in the mix. As I always have had so much fun running with the MJR group, I would like to extend the invite for anyone who wants to to run with us this weekend.

as always, we love the interaction of a lot of different types of vehicle on each run and would love to have your club enjoy a day with us. And the pot lucks we hold are getting legendary, every one brings a plate of whatever, enuff for 8 and we mow thru the food with Carne Asada cooked for everyone.

there is alot of people going up that weekend! I dont know why they limit the evenr to 200, there will prolly be 2,000 at the raffle!

My girlfriend & I will be attending this event. We are planning on catching a motel either in BB or at the bottom of the hill. I really don't want to make the entire drive from Lake Forest first thing in the morning, wheel all day and then drive all the way home again. That's just too much of a good thing.
