  • Easter Run - Dishpan

We did an Easter Run up Dishpan and then Holcomb, and down some other nice rocky trail. Inbetween Dishpan and Holcomb we stopped at a nice picnic area and had lunch. Then the adults went and hid Easter eggs for the kids to find. A couple of us "kids at heart" went searching too!
I didn't post anything earlier because I didn't have any pic's...just came across this short video of us going up Dishpan and thought I'd share it. Desert Jewel was 2nd to the last....

Cool vid. So do you like Dishpan better at day, or in the dark?

Kurt just likes doin it in the dark.
Cool vid though. Still, video, pictures, just really don't seem to capture the angle of hill very well. Much more difficult than it appears in the pics.

Hmmm...when we did it in the dark we were going down Dishpan and in the light we went up it. Daylight going up seemed like nothing. I won't ever forget going down Dishpan in the dark...soooo scary with that off-camber!
