day trip to Gorman

Just thought I would throw this out to anyone that feels like playing around in Gorman. Myself a several other Jeeps will be in Gorman early on that Sunday. Might be wet up there and could have some fun in the mud. Miller is still closed im guessing, nothing to hard or technical and might go on some moderate trails

Miller Jeep is closed. I was up there working yesterday. Looks like a nuclear blast went off there. Don't count on that trail being open for a while.

yea i knew miller was bad but just hoping it gets re-opened soon. I will be going the day before X-mas, 24th, its on a sunday. We probably wont be anything too crazy just thought I would see if anyone wanted to get out of the house. Hope it rains that would make it more fun.

I called the ranger station 13 December and was told that Miller Trail et al will not open until the spring.

sure is. Myself and a couple other Jeeps will be playing around for the day in gorman and venture out on some small trails(havnt done them yet) Another buddy of mine will be there on his quad cruising around. Let me talk to the rest of my group and see what time we were thinking of being there. I heard it snowed in Frazier park but doubt there is any in the OHV park. Be ready its going to be chilly
