Our little group with the MJR/FJ group making the dust in the background just before they go down the Borrego Mtn Wash dropoff just west of Blow Sand Hill.

We left camp at 9:30am on Saturday and ran Buttes Pass Rd, Borrego Mtn Wash, the dropoff, the slot, San Felipe Wash, Hills of the Moon Wash, Rainbow Wash, Borrego Sink Wash, Inspiration Wash, Fonts Point Rd, Short Wash, Vista del Malpais Wash, Palo Verde Wash, Shell Reef Expressway and Devils Slide Lane. Back to camp at 5:30.

On Sunday we took a quick tour of the mudhills South of 78 and East of Split Mtn Rd. We ran Tarantula Wash South of 78, Trail 91 (Trail 91 has a not too well marked detour and if you miss it you might fall about 20' off a cliff into a wash) Trail 81, Trail 82 and Trail 84. We had lunch and gassed up at the new and improved Blu Inn and we were on the road for home about 3pm.

It might be a couple of weeks before I can get the pics uploaded to photobucket. I'll post the link when I do.

          Yay!

Had a great time, met some awesome new people and wheeled a completely new area for Barb and I. Our pics are mostly scenic in nature, but we do have some wheeling pics as well.

Russ, Barb and I went up into Coyote Canyon on Sunday with the guys from HummerX and had a great time getting there and back. Russ and we broke from the main group and wanted to see how far north we could get in the canyon before being stopped by fences.
