Anyone want to head out on Saturday or Sunday for a Snow Run in Southern CA @ Frazier Park? I went a few weeks ago and it was awesome rollin thru fresh powder!! I can't wait to go back! Who's up for it? Be Prepared with 4 tire chains.

was also there a couple of weeks ago until my fuel pump went out......ughhh, always in the worst place, i dont have any snow chains, it wasn't that deep where we went, sorry i cant join1978 CJ7, 304 V8, T-150, locked AMC 20 with Superior Axles, Warn M8000, RE 2.5" lift, 31"BFG mudterrains, Naked and dirty 7 months of the year! Cant wait to get more!

Love to go. I was up there three weeks or so ago at Mt. Pinos. Lots of snow, but didn't need chains (don't have 'em). Where to meet?

No Motorized Vehicle, Except Smowmobiles on Listed Roads
LOS PADRES NATIONAL FOREST
Pursuant to 36 CFR 261.50(b), to protect public safety and to prevent road damage and soil loss, the following act is prohibited within the Mt. Pinos and Ojai Ranger Districts of the Los Padres National Forest. This order is effective from December 30, 2005, through June 30, 2006.
Using any motorized vehicle, except for a snowmobile operating on snow, on the National Forest System roads listed in Exhibit A. 36 CFR 261.54(a).
Pursuant to 36 CFR 261.50(e), the following persons are exempt from this order:
Persons with a permit from the Forest Service specifically authorizing the otherwise
prohibited act or omission.
Any Federal, State, or local officer, or member of an organized rescue or fire fighting force in the performance of an official duty.
Persons with disabilities using assistive devices or aids. An assistive device is a piece of equipment, such as a wheelchair, used by a person with a disability on a daily basis to help in the accomplishment of one of life's major functions or activities. A wheelchair is defined in the Americans with Disabilities Act to be "a device designed solely for use by a mobility-impaired person for locomotion, that is suitable for use in an indoor pedestrian area."
42 USC 12207(c)(2).
This prohibition is in addition to the general prohibitions in 36 CFR Part 261, Subpart A.
